1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the uupk platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between uupk and each user ("User") of this platform. By using the uupk website, app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been formulated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any uupk services.

uupk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be duly notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after the updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration & Management

To play games or place bets on uupk, opening a personal account is required. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address provided at registration must be accurate.
• uupk may request a copy of your identity document at any time for account verification purposes.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or sharing a uupk account with any third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question will be closed immediately.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use uupk services:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age ("For ages 21+ only").
• Users must use the platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• Residents of areas where online gaming is prohibited by local law are not permitted to use uupk.

Providing false information to conceal age at the time of registration will result in account cancellation, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

uupk is committed to providing a secure and fast payment experience. The following methods are supported for financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds will be added to your account as quickly as possible.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your name — deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• If fraudulent transactions are suspected, uupk may request additional documents to verify the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed and funds arrive within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings obtained from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met (see Section 5).

4.3 Transaction Verification

uupk reserves the right to verify any transaction in the interest of anti-money laundering and financial security. A national identity document or payment-related documents may be requested if necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

uupk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Specific terms apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time limit.
• Sharing a bonus offer with someone else or using it across multiple accounts belonging to the same person is prohibited.
• uupk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and bonus-related winnings will be removed from the account in question.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

uupk is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games on uupk are operated through an impartial and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
• Live casino games are conducted in real time with actual dealers and are completely free from any manipulation.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, uupk reserves the right to void that round and refund the bets placed. In such cases, uupk's decision will be considered final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uupk platform:

• Using uupk for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account in question will be closed immediately, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

9. Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights

All content on the uupk platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and other elements — is the intellectual property of uupk or its licensors.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from uupk.
• Creating derivative works based on the platform.
• Running advertisements or promotions using uupk's name, logo, or trademarks.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Financial loss caused by user negligence or error.

In any circumstance, uupk's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount deposited in the relevant user's account.

13. Amendment of Terms and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Amendment Process

13.2 Dispute Resolution

13.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in light of applicable international online gaming standards and the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
